Customer account records, check records, billing records, support messages, and signing records are used to provide the service and keep account history available to authorised users.

Terms
Accounts are for organisations with authority to administer the vehicles they check. A check returns a point-in-time status from the available data source.
Teams should review attention, unavailable, or unexpected results before acting. Customer terms and any signing acknowledgement are provided during account setup.
Cookies
The public brochure loads essential site files needed for pages, images, and forms to work. The customer app may use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, sessions, and account preferences.
Authority use
Use MIDSure only for vehicles your organisation owns, leases, operates, manages, or has been asked to administer. Do not submit registrations without a clear business reason.
Keep your own insurance records, broker records, and vehicle administration records up to date alongside MIDSure checks.
